In their
own words.

“Delaney’s Yin classes were powerful, accessible, and deeply supportive. Her teaching made the material easy to connect with, and I learned so much throughout the course. I now feel more confident creating a personal practice rooted in intuition, balance, and self-trust. Delaney shares her wisdom in a way that feels genuine, grounding, and truly meaningful.”
— Rachael S.
“Delaney is an incredible instructor and mentor. Her patience, flexibility, resources, and thoughtful guidance created such a supportive learning experience. During a personally challenging time, this training and the class discussions became a bright light in my life. I am deeply grateful for the wisdom, care, and encouragement Delaney shared with us.”
— Tia W.
“This training was such a transformative experience. Delaney created a space that felt welcoming, thoughtful, and supportive from beginning to end. Her guidance helped me deepen my understanding of Yin while also reconnecting with my own inner wisdom. I left feeling inspired, grounded, and grateful for the opportunity to learn from her.”

Everything you
need to know.

Not at all. While yoga teachers will receive Yoga Alliance CEU credits, this training is designed for any wellness practitioner, coach, therapist, bodyworker, or retreat leader who wants to deepen their ability to facilitate restoration and embodied presence. If you hold space for others in any capacity, this training is relevant to your work.
A personal yin practice is helpful but not required. The virtual modules (Modules 1–3) lay the foundational theory before you arrive, so you'll be well-prepared regardless of your starting point. What matters most is an openness to embodied learning and a willingness to receive as well as to give.
Your investment covers the full 40-hour training, six nights accommodation at Haramara Retreat, all meals during the in-person week, round-trip airport shuttle from Puerto Vallarta, the cacao ceremony and temazcal, your printed training manual, and your Yoga Alliance CEU certificate. The only thing not included is your flight to Puerto Vallarta (PVR).
Yes. A non-refundable $1000 deposit secures your place, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments leading up to the retreat. Payment plan details are shared upon registration. Early bird pricing is available through August 14.
None. Module 2 covers the history, ethics, and foundations of therapeutic touch from the ground up. The partner labs in Module 5 are structured so that everyone — regardless of bodywork background — can practice safely, receive feedback, and build confidence. The focus is on consent, co-regulation, and skillful presence, not on advanced technique.
This training is built on trauma-aware facilitation principles, and great care is taken to create a genuinely safe container. Touch work is always consent-based. That said, this is a professional training, not a therapeutic program. If you have active trauma that is not yet stabilized, we recommend speaking with your own therapist before registering and reaching out to discuss whether this is the right fit for you at this time.
The retreat is intentionally limited to 12 participants. This is a deeply relational training — the size of the group directly affects the quality of the touch work, the depth of the learning, and the safety of the container. When the retreat is full, it is full.

This retreat is

12 women. One week. A clifftop above the Pacific. Everything taken care of.
