WHY i DO THIS WORK…
Because I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve felt the overwhelm.
And I know peace is possible.
My journey into this work began with a back injury in 2011. Yoga started as a path to physical healing - but what I found was so much more. Amid the noise of a racing mind and the pressure of engineering school, yoga became the only space where my thoughts slowed down. In the stillness of breath and movement, I found peace.
I graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2018 and began working in a demanding, 24/7 on-call role. My nervous system was shot, my sleep was disrupted, and the stress was nonstop. That’s when I leaned in deeper - to breathwork, mediation, and eventually, the Enneagram. Each tool helped me understand myself more fully and reconnect with my body, my values, and my faith.
Today, I have combined everything I have studied and learned - engineering, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and spiritual grounding - to guide others from chaos to calm.
This work works.
