Yoga is a powerful tool that connects the mind to the body through the breath. It is difficult to define the purpose of yoga because everyone’s yoga looks different.

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet and Pilates that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements.

 

You do not have to be a dancer to practice Barre - I have zero dance experience unless you count Dancer Pose!

Barre is the perfect counterpart to yoga and helps students strike the perfect balance between strength, stamina, and flexibility.
